Dr. Sherief Janmohamed treats all patients with skin diseases but has additional expertise in pediatric skin diseases, including urgencies This varies from common disorders, such as: warts, diaper dermatitis, skin rashes, acne, fungal and bacterial skin infections, scabies, and hair and nail diseases; to more specialized diseases such as: infantile hemangioma necessitating topical (local) treatment or oral treatment with propranolol, urticaria, auto-immune diseases and other diseases necessitating systemic treatment (such as severe acne) Finally, also rare diseases can be managed by Dr. Janmohamed, for example vascular malformations, and congenital (genetic) disorders, such as genodermatoses (amongst others: neurofibromatosis) and syndromes concerning the skin.
